一份官方文件稱，原系領(lǐng)導班子成員的公務員或擔任縣處級以上職務的公務員，辭去公職后3年內(nèi)，不得接受與原任職務管轄業(yè)務有關(guān)的企業(yè)或營利性組織的聘任，不得從事與原任職務管轄業(yè)務直接相關(guān)的營利性活動。

Lower-level civil servants should also abide by the rules, but with a limit of just two years.

Departing officials should submit their future professional plans and will have to report job changes during the restricted period.
