上海出新規(guī)整治“群租”
據(jù)《東方早報(bào)》報(bào)道，上海房管局局長(zhǎng)劉海生透露，上海已經(jīng)起草了一條針對(duì)群租行為的新規(guī)定，計(jì)劃下個(gè)月開(kāi)始實(shí)施。

上海已經(jīng)起草了一個(gè)規(guī)范群租行為的新條例，據(jù)稱(chēng)這一新規(guī)定將大大加重對(duì)非法承租人的懲罰力度。群租就是把公寓里的房間隔成更小的房間，然后分別租給不同的人。
群租的英文表達(dá)就是group renting，具體而言就是dividing apartments into smaller rooms and renting them separately。
