flower is placed in a cozy green house which shelters it from the severe wind and storm. With
proper temperature and other good conditions, the flower is growing in full bloom. In contrast,
when removed from the green house and exposed to the wind and storm, the flower immediately
fades and withers, with most of its petals cast about on the ground. The two pictures show us that
the flower growing in the greenhouse can not withstand the ordeal of the wind and storm.
It is most likely that the drawer means to compare children in our country to the flower in the
drawing and reflect a problem in the present education of our children. For one thing, most parents
provide excessive doting care and material supplies to protect the children from the harsh reality.
For another, most children are too heavily burden with studies that they have little time to take
