My whole life I have been bullied. I don't really remember a time when I haven't been bullied. The world is filled with them so you can't seem to get away from them no matter how hard you try.

在我的一生中，我都受到了欺負。我真的不記得我沒有被欺負的時候。世界充滿了欺凌，所以無論你多么努力，你都無法擺脫它們。

But I have learned that you must not believe what they say and believe what YOU have to say. Bullies are just a waste of time to listen to.

但我知道，你不能相信他們所說的話，而是相信你所說的話。聽欺負你的人所說的話只是浪費時間。

All they are trying to do is put you down and put them up. But that is not what is really happening. It just makes you want to prove to them that they are wrong and eventually you do.

他們所要做的就是貶低你，抬高他們自己。但這并沒有真正發生。它只是讓你想向他們證明他們是錯的，最終你是對的。

Because when you walk away from them it's not them that are winning it's you.

因為當你遠離他們時，并不是他們贏了你。

I am 14 years old and that is what I have to say to all of those who are getting bullied out there.
