Colorful spring still would like to enjoy its blossom 姹紫嫣紅的春天，還想

As much as possible, and to capture territories summer and fall have sounded the whistles. Only 盡情綻放，夏天和秋天已吹響攻城掠地的唿哨。只有

One hundred thousands of sacred mountains keep silent 十萬神山靜默無語

Gray hair shrouds over their shoulders, like 鶴發(fā)披肩，如

One hundred thousands of incenses 十萬炷朝天的香

To wake up the up-looking gazes 喚醒仰視的目光

An eagle, as strolling idly in a courtyard 一匹鷹，閑庭信步

One stroke after another, is reading over 一筆一劃，批閱

The vast and boundless sky 遼闊的蒼穹

Yurts stud everywhere and beside Mani Stones 氈房星羅棋布，瑪尼堆旁

Colorful prayer flags are combing 五彩經(jīng)幡梳理著

The long heads of the worldly male and female pilgrims along the road 滾滾紅塵，善男信女一路長頭

With auspicious notes upheld, Gesang flowers 格?；ǜ吲e吉祥的音符

Are chasing flocks of sheep in multiple trips 追逐成群的牛羊，一趟一趟

And running over the lush meadows while from the sky clouds are falling off 碾過茂密的草場，白云從天而降

Grains of highland barley are carrying the flame 一粒粒懷揣火焰的青稞

Taking out the full tank of spirits 抬出滿缸烈酒

Drinking a bowl is the Yellow River 飲一碗，就是黃河

And drinking another bowl is the Yangtze River 再飲一碗，就是長江

Oh, dazzling white and pure blue 耀眼的白啊，純凈的藍

One hundred thousands of yak butter lamps 十萬盞酥油燈

Are lighting up the heaven 點亮天堂
